  1. Aw yis, I love the Atomic Habits method. I’ve improved in so many ways by using the small and steady approach rather than doing anything intense and burning out. Have learned Chinese and I continue to work out every day because my goals aren’t that big. But a small amount—let’s say, 50 push-ups—per day still totals up to 1,500 a month, so that’s much better than aiming for 100 but doing 0 in the end.
